History
The Argan Capital team has been investing together for the past eleven years, until 2006 as the European private equity arm of Bank of America (BA Capital Partners Europe).
In 2006, Argan Capital was created as the team raised its first independent private equity fund with commitments of €425 million and spun out from Bank of America.
